Stress and neck pain
Too much stress in life will lead to many illnesses and disorders, including neck pain. When you are stressed out the muscles in your neck tense up and tend to stay that way till the stress goes away. Not only are your muscles strained but this also produces headaches. If you are constantly under stress the muscles of your neck will be strained and very sore.
What can you do about your neck pain?
If you deal with the stress then the neck pain will be alleviated. There are various neck exercises and stress management techniques that you can try. And if that doesn’t do the trick then you probably should seek medical advice.
